The staff tried to do the best they can. They are very very very understaffed. I waited 30 minutes in line. Then another 15 once I got to the window. Very understaffed. Yes the ladies are very nice but can only do so much. I tried delivery. It kinda worked. Had to get the one medicine fixed that they only delivered one pill for. Smh I am going mail order next year. My CVS is highly understaffed. The people who are there are so inept. There are Rx in piles everywhere, not filed where they can be found. Every transaction takes forever while people go on Easter egg hunts to find the meds. It took 3 visits and7 days to get Cephalexin for my dog. I will never use the pharmacy location again.
Need more Pharmacy Techs. When I had trouble with a prescription my insurance company couldnt get anyone on the phone to discuss it. I finally had the insurance company call a different CVS with better customer service to work thru my issue.
I've gone to this pharmacy for several years and the service just keeps going downhill. I think they really just need more help. Maybe if there was a person that could stay at the register at all times and had someone else pull the prescription, that would help. Or some type of precheck-in when you're on your way so they can start the search for your prescription. That alone takes at least 5--10 minutes.
So I got a tooth pulled today and they lost my fucking prescription..smh. with no resolution
My husband an i got to this store at least 3 times a week since the close the wal mart but now an i will never ever waste my time an go in there...
