On 10/25, I tried to fill an Rx for hydrocodone and was told it was out of stock due to an ordering error. I had to drive 30 minutes one way (plus one hour of wait time) to fill at another 24 hour CVS. Today, a separate Rx for OxyContin was dropped off for pickup by 7:30. I arrived at 8:30 and it couldn’t be found. It was finally located under another patient’s name. Then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to have it filled.
