This is seriously the worst pharmacy. We have been forced to use CVS between several insurances. They are incompetent, they have no hustle, and they have no sense of what it means to value your customers. They have Incorrectly filled orders on a regular basis, they failed to order medicines that are on a schedule with them and then they blame it all on the lead pharmacist who is conveniently never there and “the only person who can order medicine “. This pharmacy is a nightmare. It doesn’t matter what time you come here it is always a long wait. There Pharmacy is always unorganized, piles of medications in bags everywhere. I have gotten wrong medications before and had to go back to the pharmacy. Only reason I go here is because atena insurance forces us to.
Highly recommend that you do not send film out to be developed here. Or rather if you do hold on to any sort of verification you did because otherwise you're out of luck. I sent out two rolls of film a month ago. They've given me 3 automated calls saying they're done only to not be ready when I get there. I lost the slip that you peel off the envelop you pack the film in and that was it. They say they have no record and can't do anything for me. I was dumb to use them for this service anyway I guess. Worst pharmacy of ever doubt would never have what you need I never wanna help you wish I could go somewhere else
Worst pharmacy in Lake County. Takes a full day to get prescriptions filled at times. Many times they haven't had the medicine and I've had to go to other Pharmacy's.
Weds. 2 people in front of me in the pharmacy drive thru moved pretty quickly. I got to the window & the person walked away. I sat & waited & waited, finally rang the buzzer, still noone came. 10 mins go by, still noone came to the window, but several people certainly walked by it. I rang the buzzer again, still noone. A guy pulled up behind me who ended up calling the pharmacy. A person finally came to the window, opened it only 1/4 of the way & asked for my name. Actually I was not in the store for a long time or yesterday either....
Update - got back in drive thru line at 5:48 - got to window @ 6:10 - finally ready ! HATE THIS PHARMACY!
Told me 20 minutes to fill my daughters script. I came back 45 min later.. order wasn't even entered into computer. Waited another half hour with a sick child at home. #fail
