A pharmacy should be trustworthy, this one is not. Our Doctor sent a prescription to this location to be fulfilled. When we went to pick it up, they said it was not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield and they were requesting an alternate from our doctor. When I got home I called BCBS they said this medicine is covered by our insurance. I asked them to advise the pharmacy and then I talked to the pharmacist to get the prescription and she said it had been erased from their records when they asked for an alternate from the Doct... read more
They screw up my prescriptions all the time!
new pilot program where they dont have humans answer phones but you leave a message and hope for a call back. they dont call back. transferred my prescriptions somewhere else.
Just go somewhere else. Sounds like CVS is closing a bunch of stores inside of Target. Hopefully this one is next. I had a different rx card direct from my provider that covers all rx costs. When I told them this, it was like I was the first person ever who needed the RX ran NOT on my crappy ins. (like using Goodrx, etc) Then I get attitude, and am told I will probably have to come back later, because we close for lunch in 15 min and there is no way this will get fixed in that time.
