I went there to utilize the UPS access point feature. I walked into the store and stood there at the counter with my box which weighed 35 lb a woman at the counter stood with her back to me for about 4 or 5 minutes I had to put the package down I started walking around the store to see if there was any other employees there there was not just the pharmacy text so I went back up to the front counter where that woman was and finally she acknowledged me and I said is there someone that can scan my package she said oh I didn't s... read more

The best CVS store in PGH!
Amy was rude and professional (I think her name tag said she was a manager?) When she finally wandered up to the counter with an empty register and a waiting line, she fiddled with paperwork for a minute before helping anybody then talked to the gentleman in front of me into leaving the register to get something else from an aisle at which point I merely asked if I was able to come up or are we waiting for him because she didnt acknowledge anyone when she sent the other customer away, she responded we were waiting when anoth... read more
Can't even call in refill prescriptions anymore. They have new ai phone system that doesn't work. Time for a new pharmacy
