The Crafton CVS in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a great place to shop. The customer service. Individuals are knowledgeable. They were efficient with my checkout and they were very helpful when I had a question or showing me some options of products that I was looking for in their store.
Isac was very nice at the check out. Polite, respectful and made good conversation. I had an item that the packaging was ripped and he offered a discount that I wasn’t expecting. I hope to see him again at this location. Thanks Isac! Keep up the great work :)
One of the best experiences at this type of store I've ever had! Each employee (Amy? + one other young man) who worked at about 1300 on 2/25 were simply outstanding. They went out of their way to assist us with photos and groceries. Super nice people!
2/8/2025. 6:50pm. A lady worked at this time obviously doesn’t care about store reputation, I just wanted to make sure if they have particular item I wanna buy , she just hung up the phone
