I have had only one problem since transferring to CVS. At the drive thru, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to get to the window. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought that was more of an express way to obtain my medication. I think that if someone is having an issue with getting their medication or they have other meds to fill and it's going to be awhile, the staff should tell them to pull over or go inside to wait till their situation is resolved or other meds are filled.
A representative from the pharmacy department assured me that somebody would be there at 7:02 (past closing) so that I could pick up a critical medicine for my wife. They were closed when I got there leaving me no alternative pharmacy to pick up the medicine. An honest "no" would have saved me from nightmare logistics.
Produce looked fresh and colorful.
