the pharmacist she was so rude and said because they don't have help that was a good enough reason to not call me and tell me that they don't have my daughter's medication even after I called and they said they were filling it. she's the worst pharmacist and when I said I will call their corporate office she said go ahead don't care
RecommendedUpdate, today May 18, 2018. I did not lose my trust on CVS after my previous complaint, I received a call from CVS. We discussed the issue and they apologized. I went to CVS today and the pharmacist was quick to help me with my questions. I am not sure whether they know that it was me who complained to corporate earlier, but sometimes we all change for the better, and we should all be given another chance. Went to this CVS to get my husband's prescription. I was told the Doctor hadn't called it in, I should follow up with the Dr. My husband was with the Dr when she sent it in. I called CVS and was again told that the Dr. hadn't called it in, but when I asked further, it had been sent and filled at CVS in Foxboro. So I had to do all this legwork because they couldn't be bothered to give me the right info.
Is there a rule against pharmacies saying "sorry" when they make a mistake? I recently had a prescription reauthorized by a new prescriber. The prescription was filled with the old prescriber's name. I checked with the new prescriber, and she had in fact called in the refill. Apparently, whoever took the order didn't bother to check the name of the provider, just refilled the using the info on file. The pharmacy is AWFUL - they never have scripts ,they always run out, they fill scripts that don't need to be filled that AREN'T on auto refill , the don't have stock when you need something, they mis- fill scripts they are AWFUL!!!!!!!!! They are not polite, they are not helpful and they are not competent !
Wish they'd open more registers when it's busy! Bought rubbers and blunt wraps in here for my son before the Wiz Khalifa show at Xfinity Center last summer.
