need to hire more people!
My grandsons medication was called in this morning and when I personally spoke to someone at 12:33 pm this afternoon. they were working on it and it would be ready later that afternoon. I take a ride at 9:25 pm to pick it up, and the young girl at the window says ...... "I'm sorry we're still working on it", "its been super busy today" I'm sorry what ??!!! 9 hours to fill 2 prescriptions, one of which I need for tom am. So now, I have to go back out after 10 pm to get my grandsons medication 🤬🤬
RecommendedFast, convenient service! I sometimes have to wait, but I usually have other things I need to buy, so the wait isn’t much of a big deal for me.
Worst cvs location in the world!! Do not go there! Always an issue at pharmacy! Understaffed!! Undertrained!! They just don’t give a shit either! Will close the window in your face at drive-thru if they don’t like what you say.
Blizzard going on outside. I had just brought my husband home from hospital after open heart surgery.....needed scripts asap...script line very long. I explained situation...was told it would be at least 45 min---45 minutes later I had my husband's meds in hand. PROBLEM ----THEY ALSO FILLED OLD SCRIPTS that my husband is no longer on
