What type of establishment wouldn't allow payment for life saving meds for an infant over the phone?! This one! My nephew is thousands of miles away and my brother was not able to afford his medication, so I was going to pay for the medicine over the phone because I live in Georgia. They would not even allow me to pay online so that my brother could pick up the meds in store. They told me that they would mail the medication to them.....he needs them now. The pharmacy staff here, half of which barely speak English, are the most incompetent and uncaring people I've ever met. So much for being helpful and caring. Such cold and lack of caring behavior, I'm truly amazed that this place gets any business. I can't wait to get my next prescription filled somewhere else.
