I am so appalled after witnessing the unfair treatment of customer Yvette Vidal via the video circulating around fb. The managers attitude was completely inappropriate!
The manager at night is a bald man with glasses who is extremely rude and gross. Unprofessional staff. Dirty location. Go to Walgreens . Bad customer service!
Very poor customer service, the pharmacy staff are very rude and uncordial. It's been reported to upper management and it just seems to get worse. I'll never take my business to this location again:
The pharmacy SUCKS!!! The people are rude and unprofessional!! Put my prescription in the system and stated it would be a 30 min wait. Took longer than that and people who got there after me got theirs first. Then they didn't ask me bout my insurance and tried to charge me more. So I had to wait longer and no apologies were given. Will NEVER go there again or recommended it to any one.
People drop off their scripts, are told is an hour wait, and in an hour is still not ready. There is not enough employees and they ate gonna kill someone
