Customer service at CVS on 4th street inside Target, provides outstanding customer service. I'm very pleased with how the customer service is when I pick up my medication. CVS staff is amazing!
I am so disappointed in this place, started off okay but tonight was my final straw. I have been going back and forth with cvs and my insurance, I was explaining to the pharmacist on the phone that I’m getting conflicting information from not only my insurance but also cvs. This has not been the first time. I was in the middle of speaking, asking the pharmacist a question and she hung up on me. Not like we lost connection, she hung up on me.
