I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 4 years! Never have I EVER had a negative experience with this CVS pharmacy! Even on their busiest days, it doesn’t take long to get up to the front to pick up or drop off prescriptions. The pharmacists are all really friendly and knowledgeable. Just yesterday I had a prescription to drop off and wasn’t expecting it to be filled, but after grabbing some snacks I came back around and waited and a few minutes later they called me to let me know it was ready! Most absolute PoS AI voice assistant ever... just trying to get a simple damn refill and they make it impossible Edit: 2nd time in a row, still bad. Changing pharmacy asap, these people can't handle it.
