The new voicemail system won't let you talk to a pharmacist. July update: There is still no way to be able to talk to a pharmacist via phone without leaving a voicemail and them calling you back.
Called out my information and my prescription out in front of everyone which is a HIPPA violation.Then when I had questions the pharmacist would barely look up from their computer screen or treat me with any kind of respect or decency. Awful experience
This cvs pharmacy cancelled my order on a script after 2 days and then when i went in the app to ask why there was no explanation so i tood them i obviously need it. Instead of telling me it would take a week to 10 days to another location that i found it in. Several things are wrong here. Why would anything take a week to ship and why would they think anyone would need or tolerate being off a medication for over a week.
