This pharmacy has hard working pharmacists and technicians. They are very efficient. I appreciate their hard work.
I love my CVS pharmacy.
Up til now, CVS has been one of the best pharmacies in the area. But last week, I tried to make a vaccination appointment for myself and my kids. The website let me make the appointment for myself, but it was broken and wouldn't let me make an appointment for the kids. So I called to make their appointments over the phone. The person on the phone told me to just bring them in as walk-ins. But, when I did, I was told that they might not be able to see walk-ins that day. Never had such rude customer as I did from this pharmacy. When you get a message that rx is ready and will be held until Oct 15th but you get there and the rudest employee says well they have to order it and doesn’t care to look for options. Time to look for another pharmacy
