2 time walked out due to pharmacy not addressing customers simply playing on their computers, maybe don't hold the OTC meds behind if you can't take care of the customers in a timely fashion.
Had 30% off coupon. I wanted to buy $9.00 eye drops and use coupon. It was a special that if you buy a second eye drop it’s 50% off only the second item. I only want one bottle and pay full price and use my 30% off coupon. CVS said no because it was a sale item. I argued that I was paying full price to only buy one and wanted my 30% off. They refused. Apparently their coupons are worthless. They are idiots.
there's one pharmacy tech who has let her little bit of a position go to her head. I have never been treated so rudely or felt so cast aside by any business in my life as I have here. I think she needs to realize that she is simply a tech-not even a pharmacist and the next time she has orders to fill maybe she should do what she's paid to do instead of using her position as a way to harass and demean customers. Used the pharmacy for my prescriptions as I’m Pregnant and diabetic. They just decided on their own not to fill my insulin pens and not to tell me until I waited 30 mins and they only gave me my lancets. Had free vouchers from the Dr and a rude pharmacist said “Oh you wanted to use the vouchers, insurance will cover some of it. Of course I want it free over using insurance, they’re very expensive. Said my insurance would only cover 5 pens yet my prescription covered 10. My vouchers covered 10 and it was pulling teeth for him... read more

In the last 6 months, twice I've shown up to pick up his refill (after getting a message that it was ready) to be told they didn't have it in stock and got sent to another
