Be courteous of others people time instead of chatting the whole time. Had to walk to the counter and ask if my prescription was ready.
RecommendedThe staff here is nice but their lever of service is horrible. How you don’t have a prescription ready the I put in 5 hours ago when it was supposed to be ready 3 hours ago. Any other pharmacy I go to have it ready in 15 min or less. 5 hours though?...really
I have literally been on hold now for an hour and 9 minutes just to get a medication that I cannot refill thru the online website and would not allow me to refill over the phone. Your system made me talk to the staff about this medications and I can’t even get anyone to answer.
The pharmacy SUCKS !!! They are rude and have no sense of Public relations or compassion. I'll never go there again.
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!! I only do business here because my insurance company FORCES me to do so (thanks Aetna). Never are the scripts ready when promised. Don't bother enrolling in auto enrollment. And whatever you do don't think you will ever be able to come in and request a script to be ready before tomorrow. This is the worst pharmacy on the entire planet!!!!
The cashiers and the managers were professionally friendly, courteous and very informative. This is the only CVS that my daughter and I consistently patronize.
Very helpful when it comes to over the counter medications......
