I've been suspicious of and disappointed in this place for a time but what just happened sealed the deal for me, I will now be taking my needs to a different pharmacy. They try to give me a medication with the directions incorrect, a mistake that happens suspiciously often despite my doctor and I being on the same page, and a mistake that will cost me for various reasons. The staff here are very nice and I’m sure they’re great at their jobs but I think they are really short-staffed. We’ve only lived here 4 months and already 3 times we’ve had to wait more than a half hour for a prescription. One time I came and my prescription wasn’t ready, they told me to come back in a half hour and when I came back they told me to come back again later. I know it’s a really difficult time right now but this is starting to affect our lives and I don’t want others to go through this too.
