Very helpful staff. The scheduling application does not allow the customer to choose the specific vaccine i.e. mFlusiva (mRNA). The post-vaccine "Vaccine Record process" is cumbersome if you have the perseverance to fight through the multiple screens and dead ends.
Unfortunately this pharmacy has gone downhill. I used to really like the head pharmacist, but it seems he’s moved on. Since then I’ve had two prescriptions filled that were short the amount of pills they were supposed to include and then it took about 2 hours to get a prescription filled for my sick child today. I think it might be time for us to move on elsewhere. Bummer because I always appreciated being able to get an errand done while picking up prescriptions.
I just moved here so I’ve only used this CVS a couple times, but so far they’ve been really great.
