I want to write an official complain against the two female technicians working tonight. They told me and my husband they were having problems with my insurance because of a "duplicate claim". Being a technician myself, I know exactly what this means. I told them that was not possible because this medication hadn't been filled previously. I asked them to call the insurance when they responded with "we'll call tomorrow morning". Are you kidding me!?
