Just started a new job and am wasting for my insurance to kick in. The absolute saint of a pharmacist helped make my prescription affordable, completely unprompted. Good people at this CVS.
I have been using CVS Pharmacy at Keystone x 65th for at least 5 years. They take very good care of me.
I just started using this CVS and had my first phone call interaction that left me extremely nervous and concerned about the quality of this location. I had a few questions about my prescriptions and Kara (Cara? not sure on the spelling) was extremely rude and hostile over the phone. I have never had such a negative experience with a health care professional in my life. I have grew up in the industry and work with health care support staff on a daily basis. I really hope that she was just having a bad day.
