I’ve had great experiences here. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recently had a lapse in insurance and the young gentleman helped me with a coupon so I could get them filled to bridge the gap. I’ll keep returning to this location.
Called on the phone, told young lady it would take me an hour to get there so I needed accurate info before I wasted time getting there. She told me with certainty that yes, this CVS does offer a specific service at no extra charge. Took the hour to get here. THE SAME EXACT EMPLOYEE THEN TOLD ME IT WASNT POSSIBLE. I know she was the same one because she recognized my voice from my call before. Shameful.
I have been going to this CVS for several months because it is closer to my home. However recently I have an issue getting my rx filled every time. Despite having refills, authorizations, the same rx, and history showing when I have picked up my prescriptions I am told they don’t know why I should be receiving my medication. They continue to input my insurance despite me telling them repeatedly that it costs me more when they do so and I am at a loss of what I am supposed to do. Once upon a time CVS was a pharmacy. Now it’s basically a convenience store that dabbles in medicine. They push cheap generics that no one trusts, all while jacking up prices on shampoo and candy bars. Health care? More like wealth care.
