I had an extremely disappointing experience with the 20-something brunette female pharmacist at the 20th and Sheridan CVS location today. I accidentally went to this CVS instead of the location where my vaccine appointment had been scheduled. The pharmacist initially had me sit down and appeared prepared to give me the vaccine, but then told me she would not do it because the pharmacy was too backed up and that I needed to drive to the other CVS instead. It's not the employees it's just CVS is just trash. Navigating prescription coverage is already a full-time job in itself but they go out of their way to make it more difficult. Honestly anytime you can stick with your Safeway pharmacy. These people are a joke.
