The automated phone system is an absolute piece of crap. Does not allow the option to speak to someone and the people rarely call back. Does their district manage condone this crap?
Never had a problem with picking up my medication always ready
They do not help they are the worse pharmacy i ever used their customer service sucks. It takes an hour to even get a hold of someone. They are very unprofessional. Dana called me back regarding me transferring my meds due to taking so long to fill a prescription and continue to repeat their self. Will not call my pharmacy back so that my meds can be transferred. Their pharmacist is rude try to tell me i couldn't wait on an isle while waiting for my stat meds that they were supposed to fill over the weekend and still hadn't ... read more
The pharmacist at this location were so patient and kind! I wish I got her name but she took the time to look up each prescription to find the best offer to make sure I saved the most amount of money as possible. she even took the time to explain why and answer all of my questions that I had and didn’t seem annoyed at all. The customer service was just top-tier that I had to come and write a review about it!
Use this location all the time and have always found the staff to be helpful. Also schedule my annual flu shot and other vaccinations here without any issues.
