Answer the phone. 35 minutes on hold is unconscionable.

Do not use this Pharmacy. Beware. ***Worst customer service ever**** They auto fill prescription without my consent. Then proceed to give me the wrong script through the drive thru. I immediate realized this after my daughter pulled forward. This should of been a simple fix. I simply wanted to exchange for correct prescription. Manager never step in to resolved and refused to make it right. Essential stole $30.00 copay after they told me throw the wrong script away in their med disposal container.

Horrible service from some staff. It took a month to get a preauthorization from 2 meds for 2 insurances. Cvs had me on hold several times for over 40 mins Just to give me wrong information. Very disappointed when it finally went through today, they were out of stock. REALLY so much for this being an emergency. Looking to change.

Horrible horrible horrible. They do not answer their phones, take 3-4 days to fill a prescription, rude, and can never answer cost questions. Honestly I do not understand how this branch is still open!

I have previously talked about the button that does not work. Now, a new issue: while the "Order all" [prescriptions] is prominently displayed and works like a charm, the "Order selected" button is no longer anywhere to be found. It seems like the CVS website is designed by people from a different universe, and that is it designed not with uses in mind, but with CVS in mind. There are two reasons I go on the site: to see what prescriptions I have, and to order. Make that prominent!

Called in to have my name put down since I was trying to come in on my lunch break, was told I must show up within 18 mins if they take my name. I work nearly 20 mins, away from the closest one in Middleburg hts. I said fine I'll just show up, get there to find out there is a 3 hr wait and 1 hr for the Dr to take lunch. Also, I could have put my name down online and found out the wait time but the woman on the phone didn't say anything about that. Thanks for wasting my gas and time....

In between one crying out for CANDY and another singing a song from this mornings storytime, I caught CVS handing me a prescription of Novalog (Insulin)......that had been in their :) bin behind the registers, sitting at room temperature. Insulin must be refrigerated. I was so preoccupied, I don't know how I caught it??? It was 3 bottles so I'm guessing a market value of $1,500 wasted! I really, really hope they don't try to resell them. This could have easily landed our baby girl in the ICU!
