Couldn’t help me with my prescription because they were about to close, told me to come the next day, even after I told them it was the third CVS I was visiting on the same day. I’m changing my pharmacy now
I would not recommend this pharmacy. It was once reliable, but the quality of service has declined significantly. The pharmacist, Julia Bae, is unprofessional, rude, and dismissive, avoiding even basic eye contact during interactions. I suggest going elsewhere where customers are treated with respect.
Called the pharmacy on Monday to see if they had a medication in stock that my local pharmacy was out of. Took me about 5 mins to get through all the automated messages on their answering line and was only able to leave a VM for the pharmacy staff. The answering machine said I would get a call back within an hour. It’s now Friday and cvs has NOT returned my phone call.
