This pharmacy used to be amazing and top tier and now it has suffered a bit. The best part of the place is Patty Kenny who looks after my family very well when it comes to our meds. The delays are annoying but I know it’s beyond their control in some instances.
I'm very disappointed with this pharmacy. As someone with a high-risk pregnancy, having constant delays with my prescriptions is incredibly stressful and dangerous. I had to go through the hassle of getting a prior authorization through my insurance, and even then, I had to call on a 3-way with my insurance company just to get basic items covered. I've had issues with this pharmacy on and off for a few years now, but to all of a sudden make it impossible to reach a pharmacist/person is ridiculous. Now we only have the option to leave a message. That's cute. Thanks CVS & Target!
