I’m really not a fan of CVS Pharmacy, particularly the location in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, my experiences with the pharmacy staff have been consistently disappointing. The employees often come across as rude and dismissive, and the pharmacist I recently dealt with was especially unpleasant and unprofessional. Today I arrived to pickup an rx right at 1:30. I understand this pharmacy closes for lunch between 1:30 and 2:00 as I have used this pharmacy for prescriptions for years. I try to plan around their lunch accordingly. Today I had my two young children with me and had come into the store only to go to the pharmacy. My baby was crying and my other child was tired. I received 2 vaccines last Friday from CVS in target, I was very happy with the short wait and the friendly administrator of my vaccines!!
It was very easy to make an appointment for our Covid and flu vaccinations. The pharmacist was very nice and it was as painless as possible.
