I rushed to leave work to get there by 8:45pm to pick up a much needed prescription only to find a note taped to the register saying that the power was out and that the pharmacy closed. The power did go out earlier but was back on by 8:30pm. Target was wide open and functioning. Very disappointed in the pharmacy.

pharm tech was on her phone, when she did eventually help me i had to continuously repeat myself because she did not listen to me or was confused, im not sure. was also told my insurance plan doesn’t cover something that it’s always covered and don’t find it likely they’d switch my coverage mid year.
CLOSED from 1:30-2 for lunch. I got there at 1:29, there was a full complement of staff at the counter, I was the only in line and they said, sorry come back in 30 minutes
The pharmacists are very nice, but the pharmacy techs have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They assume the worst of you instead of trying to help you. They seem to think they run the pharmacy and know better than the doctors who are writing the prescriptions. I would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy. Update: I stopped by again today after eight months and still the same snotty/rude “customer service.” This place is terrible and CVS should take a serious look at changing management.
