The associate was just rude and awful. Never coming back. Go elsewhere.
Wouldn't do a flu shot 10 minutes to 1:30. Walgreens on Lexington did it no issue. I used to go to cvs all the time in Richfield, but the one up here just always seems to be inconvenienced by customers. Digital check in is not ideal, especially for pet medication.
I tried getting my prescription transferred here 3 times over the course of a month and never received any response. Just tried a different location yesterday and already received notice today that it’s ready. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but I would recommend treating it like it doesn’t exist (as I will be doing in the future).
Extremely disappointing experience with CVS Pharmacy. I scheduled a flu shot appointment, arrived 30 minutes early, and found out CVS had canceled my appointment just 28 minutes before the scheduled time due to an insurance issue. When I arrived, the pharmacy staff initially couldn’t even find my appointment in their system. They then directed me to MinuteClinic, which wasn’t even open.
