CVS Pharmacy at Target in Roseville is a top notch pharmacy to have my prescriptions filled. Staff there are so efficient, kind and helpful. This is why I choose to drive 9 miles out of my way to have them fill my prescriptions. Thank you ALL for doing such and excellent job! Keep up the great work everyone!!
I am writing to formally complain about a very poor experience at the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target at 1515 County B Rd W, Roseville, MN 55113. To clearly explain what happened, I would like to outline the events in order. Before making any appointment, my husband and I first went to this CVS pharmacy as walk-in patients to ask about receiving vaccinations. Ridiculously long line with a single person working.
I can't even get on the phone with a pharmacist anymore? You need a call back? 😂 What an absolute joke. I've watched every pharmacy in this area turn to crap over the last 5 years bc of staff shortages. Simple solution pay your freaking staff better. You have no excuses after this long
