It’s completely unacceptable that this pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am. If they’re in target they should open when target opens. Help people get their prescriptions before they go to work.
I would like to put my experience here as I believe it will help a lot of people. Just a preface the lady who did all of this was a pharmacistnamed Katie. I had a medication pulled from walgreens to cvs. My med can only be pulled once and when I tried to get it filled on my due date they said they dont understand we are not going to fill it. As others have mentioned, the staff act like they know better than the prescribing provider. Both my husband and I have had instances where the pharmacist refused to fill something and it took escalating and having our respective providers speak directly to the pharmacy to get medications filled. It’s such an unnecessary hassle.
