I just got off the phone with pharmacy, when they asked what They could help me with, I said checking on a prescription the young man mumbles under his breath, oh my goddddd, I asked him what he said and he did not respond, completely uncalled for
I was pleasantly surprised by the staff in the Pharmacy this weekend. I took my daughter there to pick up her monthly prescription (she had Cerebral Palsy) she does has difficulty speaking and the staff listened and asked her questions and let her be totally independent on doing everything herself. They even asked her how her birthday was the previous week. I am impressed how they treated her and will continue to use this location more often now.
The sign on the drive thur say full service for both windows but I sat threw four cars on the inside window before they even said anything to me. Then they told me if I wanted my prescription today I couldn't pick it up till 11 pm. It was 5 so that meant I would have to wait 6 hours. So I went to walgreens. 20 mins later I had my prescription filled.
