There good customerservice folks and I got the best customer service enjoyed the store CVS has always been very good
I called twice and the AI assistant would not allow a transfer to a pharmacist to have urgent questions answered concerning applicability of the present Moderna vaccine to the “Flirt” Covid variant. Rather than transferring me to a pharmacist when it could not answer the question, the AI call-attendant deemed the question, which it could not interpret or answer, to be invalid. I’ve been standing at the counter for several minutes and they are ignoring me. I told them since I’m having problems with my leg I will be sitting down and then they ran to help me.
I was there this morning April 19th and pharmacist was oriental girl and when I told her she is Chinese and smart she said you insult me and you are very rude, I ask can I talk to the manager? She said I am meager she was so angry and treat me to ask security to kick me out, I been cvs customer for at least 15 years .
