CVS understaffs the pharmacy and no one is happy - customers or staff. Yesterday, as I was waiting 15 min to make it to the register, a woman was trying to get a vaccination for her young crying child. The pharmacist was saying she was late for her appointment; the mother said she was there on time, but she had to wait in line. It was close to closing time and the pharmacist refused to do the vaccination. Always struggling to pick up my medication. I hope they get a little bit organized, because it’s so bad that I dread coming every month.
This review is for Michael- he was the pharmacist that assisted us today. He was so kind and very knowledgeable. He was very straightforward and answered all of our questions and was super helpful :) doing anything healthcare related now can be super stressful and confusing, but he made the experience as stress free and efficient as possible!!!!! There need to be more like him out there!!!!! thanks Michael you’re great!
