Complicated and vaguely described!
Everyone getting a flu shot had to wait +30 minutes. The staff work so slowly but love to waste time, so if you want a DMV experience with sick people, this is the place. I avoided another CVS just to find this one and have much worse experience. I'll avoid all CVS from now.
Repeatedly got the wrong supplies and shorted on prescription. When I tried to get the correct ones, the staff blamed me for their errors, and told me to buy the correct items out-of-pocket even though my insurance cover them. The staff grew impatient, ignored my follow-up questions, and cut me off by saying “there are customers waiting” when there were none. I felt bullied and racially targeted by how I was treated. CVS is a total rip off, shop around! Went to buy DayQuil/Nyquil combo pack and it was on sale, normally $29.99 on sale for $19.99 (making you think you are getting a great deal). Went to QFC and they have the EXACT SAME THING normal price $16.49 on sale for $15.99. Boycott CVS when at all possible.
