Tall lady at pharmacy basically threw the receipt. Bad day or bad attitude?
CVS does not even give you an option to speak with someone in the pharmacy directly when you call. You have to go through a long process with the robot answering machine to even be able to leave a voicemail and then they will sometimes call you back (I was even on hold with them earlier and then they just hung up on me after I waited on hold for ten minutes). They have repeatedly taken longer than expected to fill my prescriptions, whether that be they lost my prescription in their system or are out of stock. I keep having t... read more
