I would give zero if possible. They are completely incompetent and unable to fill a trivial prescription that Rite Aid filled for 30 years without any problems.
Update 1 star: this has been my go to pharmacy for a year. But no longer. The customer service has gone significantly down. Every time I need to fill a prescription it is an ordeal. Phone calls go unanswered. Wait times are long. Anytime I am told a prescription is ready for pick up I find in person it’s actually not yet ready and requires additional time to process. A couple of really nice employees but the worst service ever. We were with Rite Aid for 30 years and never had any problems. These guys constantly don't have medication and have to "order" it and then Still don't have it. They tell you a medication will be ready in 30 minutes and you come back in an hour and it's still not done. Three hours later it's still not done. Pharmacy team was SO helpful today!! Helped me with a complex Rx transfer in record time right before lunch break. Great CVS.
I always have a pleasant experience at CVS the only thing I wish that they would do is give better coupons that a person would truly use to help with the cost. Other than that it is always pleasant clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
