I've had the worst experience with the CVS in National City on Plaza Blvd. There is never have enough staff to help customers. And their customer service is below satisfactory. Today made me make the decision to choose a different pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. I've recently received texts and phone calls to say my prescription was ready and when I got to the pharmacy they told me they couldn't find my medication. It was a huge inconvenience and I don't even feel comfortable with coming back tomorrow for the lack service... read more
Your Pharmacy needs to order medication in ADVANCE.... Idk how many times they've either short handed me a prescription or like now " won't have my prescription ready until Monday" you guys are SOOOO lucky this medicine is just for my thyroid and NOT my seizures!!! Get you act together, here goes TWO days without medicine as they won't have it until the afternoon....
Worst customer service ever! I've been here so many times and it's always the same.
