Mario in the store was rude, condescending, ignorant of store coupon policy , inept at ringing up items , abrupt and had no accountability for his cashiering ineptitude. He was humiliating and lacked any customer service. I will be reporting him to corporate management immediately CVS on Plaza Bld in National City. He is an embarrassment to your staff.
Recommendedi like CVS, but the drive thru needs a little more work. i waited 30 min to get my meds, they need more help at the drive thru
I really like the drive up service to pick up my meds. The pharmacy staff is fast, efficient and friendly.

Pretty quick at filling prescriptions. Was told it'd be ready in 20 min and they called me after 15 min.
COUNT YOUR CHANGE. I was supposed to get a $9 change, the lady on the cashier gave me $4 only thinking I wouldn’t check it but I saw her she took the $5. I didn’t confronted her so I asked my husband to do it for me, and her excuse was “she forgot”. Even the customer she’s taking care of that time thought she was shady, cause we confronted her in front of them. ALSO this is the dirtiest CVS I’ve seen, trash everywhere! I luv the customer service at the drive in window as well as when you call the pharmacy Awesomeness keep up the good customer service skills �
I left my prescription before 9 a.m. and staff made copy of insurance cards, this was thru drive thru. I want to pick it up around 1:20p.m. not ready, no prescription. It wasn't processed because they needed my insurance, when I told them they had made a copy this morning, the lady very rude said, she didn't know what happened to it. Ulf really upset, got out at about 5 minutes til 2 p.m.
