Over the last month myself and husband have had issue after issue with the Kempsville, Chesapeake VA Pharmacy. We have given plenty of time for a prescription to be filled and it takes several more hours or even days then what is told to us that it would take to be filled. The staff is unpleasant and don't care if they loss the business. I asked the clerk if she thought it would be best if I pull all of my prescriptions from their branch and was told "if you think that is best" Not once did she try & keep the business.
