The worst service I ever experienced in retail. I am extremely PISSED off. If that word offends you please leave my page. When I was a store manager of my employees acted like the people in this store they all would have been fired and I would have ran the store by myself. RecommendedShout out to the pharmacist working last night. This pharmacy was the only one open in the area during the COVID-19 Pandemic. He worked tirelessly helping people get their medication. I don’t know his name, but he is a HERO! Thank you for working with me to get my daughter’s prescription filled!

I personally know of 5 medical errors from the CVS Pharmacy on Kempsville Rd /Volvo in Chesapeake VA CVS Pharmacy. out of stock meds promised/ never ordered, 2x prescribed dosage (dangerous); wrong # days prescribed, charged 10x the price pd previously. (oops somebody entered it wrong, I was told) mistake after mistake, excuses. Unbelievable. Horrible. I am certain there are people who have gotten gravely ill from the carelessness here. Terrible wait at the pharmacy, not the first time.
My experience here has been absolutely awful. First, my FSA could not be used for Tylenol. Since when? I have used my FSA many times at Walgreens for the same. Then I go back to my car with my sick child to retrieve another form of payment so that I can go thru the drive-thru. I get in Lane 2 because the sign CLEARLY says both lanes are open - only to be told to go to Lane 1. Why? Because they arent staffed to operate 2 lanes.
