I was a Rite Aid customer that got transferred to Walgreens. I would get alerts that my prescription was ready, but then when I would go to pick it up, they would tell me it won’t be ready until the next day and this happened often Switch to CVS and I’m telling you I’ll call in prescription and it’s always ready within an hour
Can’t call or talk to anyone to check my prescription then when I went to pick it up it was completely wrong and they gave me the wrong medicine.
Today 10-29-24 was the third day driving there and trying to get my flu vaccine. First time was the day before they got the vaccine so I was too early, second time was Monday they don’t do Mondays so I was told tomorrow (which is today) come Back 10-4, I came Back at 4 on the dot after work and they literally told me nope come back tomorrow 10-4! Out of all the pharmacies I’ve been to, this is the best one. I’ve been going to this one for the last couple years with no issues. As soon as my prescription gets ordered it’s ready within 10-20 minutes consistently. One time I went to cvs on Upton in target as soon as I left patient first thinking my prescription wouldn’t be ready, but it was! I don’t think it was even 10 minutes! Nice job👏
