Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable hearing specialist (Heather). Took the time to explain the test and results, and thoroughly discussed options and expectations of Hearing Aids.
Starting with the greeting at the desk, the taking of appointment and explanation on the paperwork needed to file we received an excellent welcome. Excellent service taking the test, detailed informations on the results . Answered all the questions and really took the time the time to go over different options on hearing aids.
