On every visit to the Walkersville CvS, I feel welcome. The associates do welcome my mother and I when we enter the store, it feels like they already know us every time. Not one but all offer their assistance. It seems that employee do enjoy their job!!!!
This cvs has taken care of my rx’s for years now. Despite it being a particularly busy pharmacy it amazes me how they seem to get it done as promised and if for some reason they can’t, they will inform you and explain why. The pharmacist are caring and proficient. The store employees have always been helpful & kind.
Just awful. Rude and condescending employees in the pharmacy. Every time I go to pick up my scripts there’s some kind of issue and it takes ridiculously long. I tried to call the pharmacy but got some automated garbage. So I called the front to ask if I could speak with a human in the pharmacy. He replied with, “No.” I can send you to the voicemail though.
