We had the pleasure of being helped by Alma the pharmacist on duty yesterday. She is so friendly, helpful, and kind to my daughter and me and remembers us every time!! It is so nice to be greeted with a beautiful smile and a great attitude! Thank you Alma!!
While staff are always helpful, this pharmacy has been understaffed for a long time and has taken steps that makes it harder and harder to get medication. Hours have been reduced, and there’s a 1.5 hour lunch break (the time usually easiest to get away from work). When you call it’s virtually impossible to get ahold of the pharmacy; the automatic system tells you to use the app or leave a voicemail, and if I call and ask the front store to connect me I usually end up being left on hold.
