I despise this CVS more than I could possibly put into words. Several (not all) pharmacy staff members are so disparaging and spiteful for absolutely no reason (both techs and pharmacists). The last two times I went there I told myself I would never go back. I wish I had listened to myself. Today (Saturday) was the icing on the cake. They literally lied to me and said my provider didn't call the script in when my provider 100% did. Great news! This CVS & it's beyond awful Pharmacy is closing on 07/12/23! This has been a long time coming! The pharmacy staff that works here- from the techs, pharmacy cashiers and pharmacists have been getting away with deplorable treatment of customers for way too long. This place is horrible. Pharmacy isn't opened when it should be. The people who work when ask what time they open tell you when they get here
Save yourself a headache and do NOT go to this pharmacy. They lost my prescription & rarely ever pick up the phone. VERY UPSETTING.
This CVS pharmacy needs a serious makeover. Don't mention the pharmacy it's horrible. How do keep people on hold and never take the call. We as consumers trust you to help us not diss us.. Unreal..
