They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given so much information; it really helped me out a lot. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They've never used foul language, They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes
