No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesn't seem fair. I've been going here for about 15 years. If you're lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, you're set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours! They claim both online and in their phone message that they’re open from 8-5 and take calls during those hours, but that’s untrue. Further, when you do finally get ahold of someone, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get an appointment, even as an established patient.
The doctors are very nice and pleasant. But on two separate occasions I had set up appointments and a few days before each one the doctor was not in so they had to schedule me further out. By the time I had finally gone in for my first appointment it had been over a few months.
ABSOLUTEY the worst wait time EVERYTIME. First you have to arrive 15 minutes early, then of coarse wait to be checked in, then wait 1/2 hr+ to get in the back, only to be placed in a tiny room for sometimes an hour +. I ended up leaving a couple times. Ridiculous place. WAYYYYYYYY TO BIG. Nothing personal, hard to get to talk to anyone on the phone. First, all the office staff have been super nice! That includes the office workers and the nurses. I feel many times they don't get the appreciation\recognition they deserve! Dr. Lindsey Wilhelm is very nice, caring, and compassionate. I have had doctors in the past (older men) who make you feel like a medical case study. Some older jerk from the ER put that I had a condition that was not backed up with any lab work. Lindsey got the blood work done to set the record straight and cleaned up my chart.
