Will not be going back. Nothing but problems from checking out to getting medications. Seems like no one is on the same page. Very unprofessional. Went to dr office on October 23rd. Was told I needed medication for my diagnosis. I've called and been to the office twice since October 23rd and as of today December 10th, I still haven't received medication. Patients are just dollar signs to this office. Very disappointed with the lack of genuine compassion and care after being a patient for years. They take on more than they can handle clearly!
No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesn't seem fair. I've been going here for about 15 years. If you're lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, you're set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours!
