DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Horrible! Called for a service call and was immediately interrupted by the woman who answered and told "This is not a good time!" and they hung up on me. Terrible customer service. We have used them in the past at our Verizon stores, but we are definitely NEVER calling them again, this behavior is highly unprofessional and completely disrespectful to customers.
