It shouldn’t be any stars!!!! I have a upstairs neighbor terrorizing me with their three large dogs!! Putting a noise complaint is useless the Hoa rules and regulations states no dogs over 25 lbs yet they have three!!! The best they could do was tell me to get the courts involved!! I hate that I moved here
I'm an owner and former board member in a CVI community and based on these reviews, I can tell none of y'all understand what a management company does for the association. I bet no one has ever gone to a board meeting, voted during annual meetings, or participates in any community events. I remember being on the board and we barely got attendance from homeowners. Wow, I just looked up the this company who also manages our community too. Our community manager is Miki Cawley. She is condescending and disrespectful. Tries to gaslight into believing that your concerns are not valid or important and places fault on residents.
These people suck. It makes sense they are only about money cause most housing managment companies are and are run by people who don't care about humans. I had a water pipe burst and the HOA was responsible for fixing it. They have been so unresponsive, I got CONFIRMED water damage in multiple spots and reported it before christmas and it's still not fully fixed. I was told to reach out to the contractor directly and now he isn't answering me anymore. I have a 7 month old baby who has gotten sick a few times since the water ... read more
