Front desk staff dispassionate and uncaring. I was dropped off but due to the lobby being closed to patients they made me stand outside for twenty minutes. I finally walked inside and took a chair outside to sit and wait. The staff did not care. I was seen by a NP who was quite the opposite she was caring listened and answered all my questions. She never seemed in a hurry aand did a great job, Ty. so thumbs down to the front desk and a big thumbs up for the NP
Called before we came and asked to be seen by a doctor. Was told there are doctors there. stopped my day drove my wife there went in to sign in for my wife only to find there are no doctors in the office to see her. How disgraceful wasted 2 hours of my time then trying to find another place. Michael
I cant say enough good things about CVFP at the airport . They are a wonderful group of people.
