My 22 year old daughter went here yesterday. She has been vomiting for over 10 days with occasional diarrhea. She hasn't been able to eat more than a few bites of anything. After much urging from me, mom, she went in, to be told "Nothing is wrong with her, and to eat more slowly" REALLY WTH..... She has lost weight, not eating and get this BShit??? No referral, Nothing?? It took her so much to go in, when drs/nurses totally do this, it not only makes her feel foolish, but, stops her from getting the help she needs! SHAME ON ... read more
LONG REVIEW TLDR AT BOTTOM Patience really goes a long way. I checked in online very early in the morning to reserve my spot for 2:33 pm, arrived 30 minutes early. I did have to sit in my car on hold to triage which i was prepared for. At 2:20 ish the call was answered and all my info was taken/updated. About another 30 min later i was called to come into the office. Honestly, this was the "worst" part. Had the worst experience with a nurse practitioner and a lady who was getting vitals both of which were rude and unprofessional as I wasn’t being heard as a patient which was disappointing and sad to see as someone who is in the medical field. A complaint was sent to the supervisor and I hope accountability will be taken as I hope someone doesn’t experience what happened to me today.
This place is a joke along with all the other “walk in” immediate care offices in the area. I find what they named this business so very ironic because they dont allow walk in appointments, nor do you get immediate care. I wouldve been better off driving to roanoke or charlottesville to get checked out and i guarantee i wouldve been home sooner than what i waited to be seen here
This office never fails to exceed my expectation of great health care. The compassion, empathy and care these wonderful souls provide is nothing short of stellar! The front staff is always so kind, polite and inviting. The nurses and providers genuinely care about my well being and I never feel like I am just a "number." Words truly can not express my thankfulness for the care I receive when I go here.
