We had taken our sweet boy to his Vet. He had been fine all day and his appointment was for his shots and to have his nails trimmed. When our boy would get excited, he would make a sound like he was a smoker, however, it never stopped him from doing anything. It would go away once we were home. Our doctor found a mass and referred us to CVets for it to be evaulated. Our boy walked in on his own, visited others in the waiting room. When the doctor finally came in to talk to us, she informed us that she had sedated him. Neve... read more

I’ve had great experiences with CVETS in the past but last night was not one of them. I arrived with my sick kitty about 11pm and there was only one person ahead of me. Two hours later we still sat in the waiting area to see the doctor before beginning treatment. I brought with me labs from his regular vet, which the receptionist scanned into the system on arrival. When I finally complained about lack of attention to my cat at 1:30 am, the receptionist fetched a young doctor who without even looking at my kitty nor seein... read more

My wife was there for over 7 1/2 hours with our 8 year old dog who wasn't eating. My wife was grieving so they stacked on the tests to the amount of over $900 instead of doing 1 test at a time and progressing as needed. Cost us over $1100 to have my dog diagnosed and put to sleep. These people take advantage of your grief and make sure your bill is way high. I don';t have any money for utilities or food because I am on a fixed income but bet they are living high on the hog. Disgusting!! I am filing a complaint against them ... read more

Experience was not good at all. Took our 5 year old German Shepard Bear in at 12:30am with bloating. X-rays/scans showed GDV which is deadly. I was told that it was imperative they do surgery or he was going to die. The surgery was going to be between $6 and $8,000. We agreed to the surgery. They would not even start until they were paid. We had the money to them before 2:30am. They stated that the surgeon had been called and was on the way. My son and husband stayed in the waiting until around 5:00am and the surgeon never s... read more

Not a good experience took dog with suspected snake bite and was told that it was ear infection two hours later anti venom and very sick dog. Not to mention the vet holding dog hostage for payment when they misdiagnosed.

I had a feral cat, Toby who disappeared and came back two weeks later. When he came back, he did not look good at all. I had hoped it was because he had not eaten. By that afternoon I called CVETS and asked. They recommended to bring him in. The care Toby got, the honesty I got was so appreciated. I fight for these cats; it is the reason I had to be sure putting him down was best. Having him cremated and put in the flower garden is exactly what he deserved for eternity. Thank you so much, CVETS is the very best.

Miss Clara had a seven-week wait for the exam, check-up, and endoscopy with CEVETS. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment only to be told today was just an exam and consolation. The appointment we waited 7 weeks for was for an exam, consultation, and endoscopy. I was told it was up to them to decide if an endoscopy was needed and that would be another appointment. Without an endoscopy, Clara can not get the needed DX and medicine. An endoscopy is the only definitive test for IBD. We waited 7 weeks for this nonsense. I w... read more
