I used these guys for the entirety of the Fiddlehead Bistro. From day one they were there for our hood cleaning/maintenance needs. Friendly, trustworthy and conscientious.
I've been a customer for the last 3 years (x2 a year ) and have nothing but highly recommend Champlain valley exhaust cleaner's.. David and his crew are the best hood service I've ever had in my 30 years in restaurant business!! Do yourself a favor and call them when you need help..
