My experience with honest RE agents and companies are not a good one, and CVC has joined the group. It is awful not to even submit an offer to the lender, and just lie about this. My submission was rejected on Veterans day, was advised they even s/w the bank on this day Veterans day. It is obvious my offer was not even submitted, they had complete control, isn't Veterans day a bank holiday? Hmmm... Karma will eventually discredit all the deceptive practices that are continuing to plaque this market.
