Staff is horrible. My doctor requested a follow up and they said I could not come in. I would have to start over as a new patient. This was an urgent request as I have to get surgery. When asked for the medical records directly from a doctor, they disregarded him. I filled out the forms online, but they did not send them. They said I had to come into their office and fill them out in person. The doctor they are fine. I have no problem with them, but their office staff is a complete joke.
Dr Desai is relaxed, confident in his knowledge and kind! Took over care from another doc and we feel much better under his management
As brief as possible, my name is Shane Byrd in case my Google username doesn't reflect that. Today, Dr Williams accused me of having "behavioral health problems" and "maybe we're not a good fit" in my recent visit after he made factual errors about topics of concern: bradycardia and vasovagal syncope. I'm inquisitive by nature and, apparently, that's a not a good fit at CVAM, or perhaps, just Dr Williams because I've had great doctors in the past here at CVAM.
