I should have known better being the first red flag was no house viewing until I paid app fee for both my husband and I and was approved. I did get hung up on when asking questions. After a week had passed and paid fees for app I had to call to just find out I was denied days ago. Its giving scammmmmmmmmmmm 10/10 do not recommend!!!!!!!! $100 down the drain with very little explanation
This is absolutely scam!! They keep application fees whether your application is processed or not. This is a scam rental company. Please read reviews before applying. They don't communicate at all.. applications fee is not refundable even though your applications is not even looked or process. I will file a small claim for this company!!
Company is lacking in communication and they charge you a $10 fee for using their own app payment methods. Wish they were more customer friendly. Edit: Moved out and had to wait 2 months for my deposit. I asked several times for an itemized receipt of security deposit. Didnt receive any. No explanation. Dealt with someone named Archie. Editing review to 1 star.
SCAM!!!! Couldn’t even get ahold of them to tour a house. They literally hung up on me each time and you can tell they did. Just kept getting the same automated text and email of where to apply. DONT NOT APPLY TO ANY OF THESE HOUSES YOULL PROBABLY LOSE THE MONEY AND NEVER HEAR FROM THEM.
