If you want the best, this is the place to call. Andrew is the tech I had the pleasure working with and let me tell you right now: CT Same Day Overhead put a lot into customer’s service. No rush, no cutting corners, just garage door service the right way. I already decided that next year I am going to call CT Same Day Overhead to replace the opener and install one of the new improved ones.

They were courteous, communicative, and timely (came out the next day from the call). However, they quoted $700 for a simple extension spring and cable replacement that costs $25 in materials from Home Depot. Outrageous markup, even for same-day service.

I called for a quote on replacing my broken spring, and the quick and efficient company responded, "Yeah, we gave them a call. The technician came out in less than an hour. The price was reasonable.

My automatic garage door was replaced by them years ago. On schedule and at a reasonable cost. On a Saturday morning, the door suddenly stopped operating. They would send a technician out as soon as I call, they said! Once more, excellent service at a reasonable cost.
