A friendly fun hair cut. Shampoo was minty.
Just called to ask about a same day appointment and the person on the phone said, and I quote "Fat chance, we're booked through next week." Maybe she was being silly, but it was extremely off-putting. I used to get haircuts here all the time and I loved that you could get a same day appointment by calling to get on the list. I realize things might have changed, but how about some professionalism? Google says "Accepts Walk-ins" and reviews comment on same day service, but something tells me that's not accurate anymore.
