Poorly trained agents not understanding the needs of the buyer and refusing to research the properties before they try to get you in to do a viewing. It's a scam and a waste of time. They only care about themselves.

Poor communication on their end will end up costing me a decently large chunk of money in repair costs. I purchased my home over a year ago and the required front porch gutter repairs have still not been done. I told myself that I would wait one full year before leaving a review.
